De momento nuestra despedida a Franco Corelli con una de sus últimas entrevistas. Realmente una sesión de enseñanza de canto a un alumno quien lo contaba así:

«In December 2002 I had the opportunity to begin study with the great Franco Corelli. Whilst Maestro was retired from teaching I felt greatly honoured that he accepted to teach me withstanding he also wasn’t feeling the best. The plan was to return permanently to Milano to study later in the year but unfortunately he passed shortly after. Still till this day he has left an impression in my heart of the kindest of men and being in his presence alone was truly inspirational. I thought after all these years to share some excepts of the lessons in the hope to share some advice on the mystery of vocal technique from a true great. Love and Peace..Pietro Ferretti»
